(8wk position with possible extension)
The RDPCN works to engage the entire workforce in creating and delivering the highest possible patient care through continuous quality improvement and innovation. As part of our team, the Administrative Assistant:
- Welcoming patients and staff.
- Schedule and confirms appointments.
- Answers telephone and relays calls and messages.
- General administrative tasks i.e., filing, mail sorting.
You are welcome to apply if you have:
Post-secondary certificate or diploma (MOA, Health Information Office Assistant or related), with a minimum of two years related experience.
A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using EMR, data entry, MS word.
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
