Looking to lead a better life? Try the Gratitude Challenge!

Canadian Thanksgiving is over once again: We got stuffed on Turkey, had some laughs, connected with family and friends, and said our blessings.
Whether you’ve just had your Thanksgiving, or looking forward to it – What is your best part?
For me, it’s going around the table and taking turns saying what we have to be thankful for.
I look forward to this every year, but it always makes me sad that so many never continue the practice of gratitude afterwards.
Did you know that the simple act of daily gratitude significantly improves our lives? It’s true. Studies have shown that people who express thanks regularly have a higher health rate, they sleep better, they are more confident, happier and more resilient.
And for those of us with businesses, the simple act of regularly showing gratitude to your staff and customers decreases employee turner, improves customer loyalty, improves productivity and helps to form stronger relationships. Hmmm. That’s a HUGE ROI for ZERO investment!
That is why I am inviting you to the ‘QUEST FOR GRATITUDE‘ Challenge.
This 5 day FREE ‘Scavenger Hunt’ Gratitude Challenge will take place on Facebook starting October 28th.
You will be given fun ‘quests’ every day to challenge yourself with and post within the Facebook Group – all of which will produce ‘points’ for chances to win some pretty terrific prizes!
By the end of the week, you will be more enlightened and will have a solid foundation to start building your new new habit of appreciation and gratitude.
Join today and let’s have some FUN!
