Cannabis Legalization: Join the Conversation!
March 1, 2018- The Federal Government of Canada has announced plans to legalize cannabis this summer (2018).
A municipal government’s role in the legalization process, is to develop bylaws and policies to regulate business, and public consumption, as well as to educate and enforce regulations.
The Town of Sylvan Lake wants to better understand how legalizing cannabis will affect Sylvan Lakers, and how we can best manage legalization through bylaws and policies.
