Camille Lerouge Athletic Director honoured for year round dedication

From Red Deer Catholic Schools
We would like to congratulate Dan Cormier, Athletic Director at École Camille J. Lerouge School on winning a Commendation Award through the Health and Physical Council (HPEC).
This award is given to teachers’ who have outstanding contributions to health and/or physical education.
Cormier is very involved in the school community. He coaches a variety of different sports, including badminton, basketball and track/field. Also, Cormier is the lead organizer of the ski club in the winter, cross country running in the spring and the school-wide aquathon in the fall.
“Dan Cormier is constantly thinking of new ways to keep our students active and have them find success in school and in life. We are so blessed to have him be part of our school community,” said Principal, Dorice de Champlain, at École Camille J. Lerouge School.
