Your Cans & Bottles Can Make a Brighter Christmas for Families in Need!
Here’s a great and very easy way to help out Central Alberta families in need!
The Cosmos Bottle Depot and the Red Deer Christmas Bureau have teamed up for ‘Bottles for a Brighter Christmas’!
For the months of November and December, proceeds from all bottles dropped off in Cosmos Bottle Depot donation bins will go directly to the Christmas Bureau. Cosmos will also accept donations at the counter.
Here’s a list of donation bins around Red Deer:
- Front outside at Cosmos 1 Bottle Depot ( 7428 – 49 Avenue)
- Front Outside at Cosmos 2 Bottle Depot ( 6332 Orr Drive)
- Big 105 – 106.7 The Drive Studios ( Parking lot )
- Waste Management Facility ( 1709 – 40 Ave )
- West Park Community Centre ( 3811 57 Ave)
- Canadian Wholesale Supermarket
And new this year, if your business is looking to do a fundraiser for the Christmas season here’s a SUPER easy one- simply save all of your bottles and cans in November and December, then give Trinesh at Cosmos a call at 403-343-0715 (ext. 224) They’ ll pick up your cans & bottles free of charge! (Minimum 2 bags) Of course all money raised will be donated to the Christmas Bureau.
