Red Deer County Reminds Residents To Fill Out Community Well-Being Survey

By Sheldon Spackman
Red Deer County residents are being reminded to fill out the Community Well-Being Survey that was mailed out earlier this month.
Officials say the aim of the survey is to gauge the satisfaction levels around a number of different recreation, culture and family support services. Considering much has changed since the last time this process was undertaken in 2004, County staff now wants to find out what residents wish the County’s recreation and culture priorities to be over the next five to ten years.
Questionnaires have been mailed out to every household in the County with each package including a letter of introduction, a questionnaire, and a postage-paid return envelope.
The survey will also be available online, so if a resident does not receive a package, they are encouraged to contact the County office and one will be sent to them.
All the information given through the survey will be confidential.
The submission deadline is November 30th.
