Some pavement rehabilitation and roadway construction was also moved forward, as was a City Hall barrier free ramp and main floor barrier free washroom.

In addition to that, funds were also made available for a 2019 Canada Winter Games Legacy Plaza at the former Central Elementary School site downtown and numerous Sports fields upgrades.

Projects deferred into the 2018-2026 Capital Plan include a Traffic Calming Pilot Project and Collicutt Centre enhancements which would add a second water slide.
