Religious services in Alberta have been approved with restrictions.   For many denominations this will only be the beginning of a very gradual return to normal.  There will be many restrictions to ensure the services are in line with provincial guidelines.   Edmonton Catholic Archbishop Richard Smith released a video to explain the new and likely temporary rules to Alberta’s 800,000 plus Catholics.
