Lane Closures on 67 Street this Weekend
(Red Deer, Alberta) – There will be lane closures on 67 Street between the Red Deer River bridge and Carrington Drive from Friday June 1 at 7 p.m. until Sunday June 3 at 10 p.m.
During this time, eastbound traffic will be re-directed to the westbound lanes and traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction. In addition, westbound motorists will not be permitted to turn left onto Carrington Drive.
Starting Monday, June 4, eastbound traffic will be restricted to one lane as work continues; this work is expected to last one to two days.
Traffic delays are expected while this work is underway. Drivers are reminded to slow down when driving in construction zones and obey all signs. Pedestrians are reminded to cross only at designated crosswalks.
All road construction is weather dependent. Scheduling may change due to weather conditions.
