Saturday 3PM Free screening of Deployed: Canadian Army Reservists Overseas

This Saturday, there will be a free public screening of Deployed: Canadian Army Reservists Overseas in Red Deer and all military and the general public are invited.

Get a first hand look at what it means to serve in the Canadian Army Reserve.  The 90-minute documentary Deployed: Canadian Army Reservists Overseas, features interviews with a wide variety of current and former soldiers who have deployed on dozens of missions around the world. 

The documentary is based on interviews conducted with 48 serving and retired members of 41 CBG (Canadian Brigade Group). They share their experiences beginning in Egypt with UN peacekeeping missions in the 1970’s and continues with interviews and footage from Cyprus, Sierra Leone, Congo, Croatia, Bosnia and Afghanistan.

3-6 PM Saturday, March 10th
