The Wellness Ride began in 2009 and is a fundraiser for the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Central Alberta Brain Injury Society.
Participation in the ride has grown every year, but it remains a relatively small (and very friendly) event. The 10km and 25km rides will take place on the beautiful trails of Red Deer, while the 50km and 100km rides will take place on the highway from Red Deer to Delburne.
This is a family friendly event!
In 2017, the Wellness Ride will take place on Saturday, August 19th.
