The Garden party is an invitation for all senior citizens to join Mayor Tara Veer for an afternoon of entertainment and refreshments. The afternoon includes a visual artist painting and the musical entertainment in the midst of the garden party. Hosts and hostesses are costumed in stylized Victorian garb.
