They call this sidewalk repaired?????????

For almost 20 years I have been mowing my sidewalk, killing the grass and shrubs growing in my sidewalk. I have mentioned it often over the years.
Recently a truck parked in front of my house, blocking my driveway, a generator was fired up and 2 men got to work. Hours later the truck left and I went to see the work done on my sidewalk.
One half of one crack was worked on. A neighbour came over and was shocked. It looked like someone just poured some left over stucco on the sidewalk.
Judge for yourself. Is this what our taxes get us? Just asking.
