Swimming In Yearly Maintenance

Annual maintenance at Red Deer’s Recreation Centre starts on Monday, December 5th.
The annual closure enables staff to organize and carry out an in-depth inspection and maintenance on all equipment and technical systems.
The closure will stay in affect until December 26th and reopens to the public on December 27th where activities will recommence.
However, the administration office at The Recreation Centre will continue to stay open during regular business hours. This means cashiers will be on hand for registrations and inquiries Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Residents who use Recreation Centre cards are reminded that their passes allow access to the Michener Aquatic Centre. All other City recreation facilities will stay open during this time.
