Mother Daughter Conference A Wealth Of Information And A Pile Of Fun – Featuring Jamie Sale
Central Alberta’s Soroptimist Club is accepting registrations for the 6th annual “Power Of A Girl” Mother Daughter conference to be held Saturday February 4, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Red Deer College in the Cenovus Centre.
A wonderful opportunity for mothers and daughters to learn, laugh, and bond, a highlight is sure to be the keynote address by Olympic Gold Medalist Jamie Sale.
This conference is open to moms (or a female adult over the age of 18) and girls 12-14 years of age. The cost for moms is $25.00, the girls are priceless! Moms can bring more than one daughter for that same low price which includes lunch and refreshments!
Speakers and presenters will speak on topics such as bullying and dating abuse, luring practices of internet predators, personal safety, financial literacy, resiliency and how to cope, and drugs and alcohol in our community.
Please visit the website at www.motherdaughterconference.com for more information and to register. Registration is also available this year on Eventbrite.
Further information can be obtained by calling Bonnie Vestrum at 403-704-0625.
