Friendly feud between home builders culminates with Charity BBQ and Street Party this Saturday
UPDATE: September 27, 2018
On Saturday, the builders who’ve been in a friendly feud in Blackfalds are coming together for a BBQ and street party from noon to 4 pm at the Abbey Platinum Master Built show home located at 5934 Panorama Drive. All in good sport, both Abbey Platinum Master Built and BlackWolf Custom Homes are inviting everyone out to check out this terrific new neighbourhood and help them raise money for the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre.
Both builders have been trying to upstage each other with deals for the past 3 weeks, and you may be the beneficiary of some amazing upgrades to your new home. Plan to make the trip to Blackfalds on Saturday. Maybe you’ll find yourself in a seriously upgraded new home and you can feel good about helping the Child Advocacy Centre.
Scroll down to see a video featuring the builders and to view photos of their outstanding homes.
Original Story:
It started out as a simple promotion to help sell homes at the new Panorama Estates neighbourhood in Blackfalds. It’s turned into a bit of a feud that will cost two home building companies thousands of dollars. In early September Abbey Platinum Master Built decided to offer some small upgrades to sweeten the deal for perspective home buyers. Their advertising was noticed by the competitor literally down to block. Black Wolf Custom Homes, a new home builder decided this might be an opportunity to grab some attention for one of their homes in Panorama Estates. One thing has lead to another and now both home builders are offering multiple deals that will save whoever buys these homes thousands of dollars!
Here’s what the builders have to say…
