Not many people can stick with a volunteer commitment like Nora Styner. This Red Deer senior took on a task 25 years ago and she’s got no plans to wrap it up anytime soon. Nora runs an exercise program for older people which is offered at the Golden Circle. It’s become an important way to stay active and healthy for dozens of Central Albertan seniors. There’s no telling how many lives she’s enriched in over 2 decades, and that’s why Nora Styner is a 2017 Women of Excellence nominee.
