Stellar Live line up at the ACMA awards in Red Deer January 19!

December 19, 2018 (Edmonton, AB) – The Association of Country Music in Alberta (ACMA)™ is excited to announce the performers taking the stage at the 2018 Alberta Country Music Awards™ on January 27, 2019 at the Sheraton Red Deer Hotel (3310 50 Ave).

The evening’s performers will include all five of our ACMA™ Rising Star Award Nominee’s:

Karac Hendriks 
(also nominated for Male Artist of the Year, Single of the Year,
and Album of the Year)

Lauren Mayell
(also nominated for Female Artist of the Year)

(also nominated for Group/Duo of the Year, Song of the Year, and Song of the Year)

(also nominated for Group of the Year, Fan’s Choice,
and Album of the Year)

Trevor Panczak
(also nominated for Male Artist of the Year)

Additionally, the following nominees will be performing:
Krissy Feniak
(nominated for Female Artist of the Year and Horizon Youth)
(nominated for Male Artist of the Year, Fans Choice, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Single of the Year, and Video of the Year)
Michela Sheedy
(nominated for Female Artist of the Year)
Ryan Langlois
(nominated for Male Artist of the Year, and Song of the Year)

The evening will also feature a performance by host CCMA-winnerAaron Goodvin who is nominated for the Entertainer of the Yearaward. It is sure to be a lively show.

After 15 years as a TV reporter with Global and CBC and as news director of RDTV in Red Deer, Duane set out on his own 2008 as a visual storyteller. During this period, he became fascinated with a burgeoning online world and how it could better serve local communities. This fascination led to Todayville, launched in 2016.
